* Deposit 50% of the total per unit rates and total per night, or full payment of the per unit rates and total night, is required to secure a reservation booking.
* Deposit must be reaching us within 24hrs to confirm reservation.
* Deposit booking is not refundable for any cancellation.
* Any transfer made, please Call, Email or Whatsapp to inform us.
* Upon receive, we will confirm your booking & details via Whatsapp or Email.
* Balance of rental fee paid when check in.

Check In and Check Out Rule
* Our Hotel Apartment Is No Have Reception.
* Please contact us made appointment before arrived apartment for check-in.
* Our Staff Will Wait At Guard House Apartment, Bring Guests Check-in.
* Check In Time: 3:00 P.M. (After)
* Check Out Time: 12:00 P.M. (Last)
* 50% Deposit - Room Reserve Untill 5:00P.M (unless Full Payment for confirm booking)
* Charge RM 60.00 per hour for delay check-out. (Please Call for Request)
* Pay the balance 50% - we will hand over the key.
* Additional bed(Single size mattress set) is chargeable at RM50 per night.
House Rule
* Max 4 adults (after 12 years old) - Sky Deluxe Room
* Max 5 adults (after 12 years old) - 2 Room type apartment
* Max 8 adults (after 12 years old) - 3 Room type apartment
* Extra adults will be charged RM 30.00 per person per walk in.
* Add Mattress Set : RM50.00 nett (single mattress)
* No cooking is allowed, offenders will be charged no less than RM100 cleaning fee.
* Pets not allowed.
* Missing Access Card RM 100.00/card
* Extremely dirty unit upon check-out RM 200.00/unit.
* The unit inventory will be checked by our staff upon checked-out. Any missing items shall be charged accordingly Price charged as per item.
* Meanwhile, our staff will check if any facility inside the apartment is missing or misplaced or damaged.
* After everything is confirmed in proper condition, our staff will return your RM100 security deposit.
